ABOUT MY LEGAL PRACTICE

I have been practicing law in Central Florida for nine years. I have represented clients in both state and federal courts in general civil commercial litigation matters such as pre-suit negotiations, contract disputes, special assets work involving commercial and residential foreclosures, landlord and tenant litigation, and creditors' and debtors' rights litigation. I also have experience in real property litigation. I have litigated cases involving land-use disputes, permitting and zoning issues, challenging the validity of tax deeds and also challenging property tax assessments on both residential and commercial properties throughout the state of Florida. I have also litigated eminent domain and inverse condemnation cases.

Because of the diverse nature of my practice I have had the opportunity to represent a variety of clients, both large and small, covering a wide-range of legal issues. I have represented Fortune 500 companies, served as local counsel for Florida's second largest private land owner, represented regional governmental agencies and have represented large lending institutions. I have also represented local companies, private organizations, universities, and individuals who have needed representation.
